“Pizza and Planets with a Partner”

In celebration of NJSTEM Month, we’re combining two of everyone’s favorite things: pizza and stargazing! This is your chance to explore the wonders of the universe through our powerful telescopes while enjoying delicious slices of pizza. Whether you’re a seasoned astronomer or just someone who loves looking up at the night sky, this event is for you.
The STEM Division at UCNJ Union College of Union County New Jersey is thrilled to invite you to a special event: “Pizza and Planets,” happening on Thursday, March 27th, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the Observatory, located on our Cranford Campus.
What can you expect?
• Stargazing: Our knowledgeable observatory staff will guide you through the night sky, pointing out planets, stars, and other celestial objects. You’ll have the opportunity to look through our high-powered telescopes and witness the beauty of the cosmos firsthand.
• Pizza Party: What’s a night under the stars without some delicious food? We’ll be serving up plenty of pizza to keep you fueled for your cosmic adventure.
• NJSTEM Month Celebration: This event is part of our commitment to promoting STEM education and engagement. By participating, you’ll be contributing to the NJSTEM Month story and inspiring future generations of scientists and explorers.
