Webinar: Supporting Children Ages 4-10 during Summer through STEM Experiences, Play and Active Learning

June 16 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Free

The transition to remote learning for young children has been challenging. Schools are closed, kids are separated from their teachers and friends, summer camps are being cancelled, and parents have been thrown into home schooling. For parents who are not teachers and are also trying to manage their own workload during summer, it is a daunting task to keep children engaged in learning. Many people don’t know where to look for educational activities and are overwhelmed. Drs. Isik-Ercan and Kye will share ways for parents, guardians, caregivers, and others to support young children during the summer through play, active learning and STEM experiences!

The ACE Women’s Network at Rowan University will host this free virtual event through Webex on June 16 at 12 pm. For those who register, the Webex information will be emailed to you prior to the event.
