Coding Challenge 2022
March 1 @ 7:30 pm - April 30 @ 7:30 pm
Partnering with NJ Makers Day, WeMake 4-H presents a coding challenge for elementary and middle school students in NJ!
This current pandemic has made us realize that technology can really be used to help us stay healthy. We invite the students to use either Scratch or HTML to make a project on “TECH & HEALTH”
Scratch is a programming tool designed by MIT, which uses colorful, snap-together blocks to create programs that can do anything from simulating games to playing movies! Similarly, HTML is the standard markup language for web pages.
This contest is open to NJ residents studying in elementary/middle school in grades 3-8.
How to Submit (Scratch):
Create your project using the Scratch editor
Click on the “Embed” link below your program and send us the URL
How to Submit (HTML)
Create your project using any online/offline HTML editor (sample editor)
Download the file(s) and email them to us
What to submit
Include your name, grade, email ID, and the program URL or files
Completed programs should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 30th, 2022
