High Point–Wallkill Valley’s STEM League Challenge was on April 4th at Wallkill Valley Regional High School. Students from their 11 respective sending districts were invited to this day-long event. Documentation, drawings, a formal presentation, and a performance test challenged all 8th graders to collaborate, compromise, and take risks. Thanks to their sponsors ThorLabs and NJ STEM Pathways, all students received some STEM swag, and the winning teams earned Bluetooth speakers and gift cards.
